The Healthy Communities (HC) mission is to provide innovative and engaging resources to promote awareness, education, and information on a variety of health issues, wellness promotion, and many other topics that are important to members in our communities.

Healthy Communities provides these resources through this website and through a free digital publication for community members,  physician offices, healthcare providers, wellness companies, schools, and others who are interested in a Healthy Community.  Another important part of this mission is to provide a resource for healthcare and wellness providers to provide a value-added benefit for their patients, customers, clients, and the community as a whole.
